Crawl Caye is situated 12 miles northeast of the Westwind Hotel. The waters surrounding the caye are basically shallow, ranging in color from turquoise to blue. A beautiful coral head can be found on the Northwest side of the caye where you can find many species of tropical fish while snorkeling. At the tide, fly fisherman's skittish friend, the permit fish, can be found along the beaches. |

We will have two rental options available as of Februray 1, 2010. Option 1) is a per night rental (with a minimum of three nights) in one of our rooms in the duplex unit. The duplex has two units, each having one double bed and one twin bed with private bath. Option 2) is a long term cabin rental with attached kitchen. This is a one bedroom cabin with a double bed and private bath. The house can be rented for a minimum of one week or more.
Food services are not available at Crawl Caye. Guests have to stock their own food goods. Vat water is available for drinking and a bar-b-que is available for the duplex unit. The cabin has a separate kitchen, with table, stove and refrigerator. Electricity is limited. Crawl Caye runs on a combination of solar electricity, wind turbines and a generator. The kitchen stove for the cabin runs on butane and in a long term rental situation, filling of the tank will be charged to your account. Rates do not include transportation cost to and from Crawl Caye. The cost may vary according to gasoline rates at the time your reservation is made as quoted by our local boat captains.
