Up and coming fly fishing guide, Arthur Vernon, was also born and raised in Placencia Village. Arthur spent his younger years beside his father in the commercial fishing trade. Arthur was also trained with leading kayak guide, Dave Vernon, leading tours for Toadal Adventure for over five years. |
